Hard Love by Sara Ney (Review)

"Having a girlfriend may be the best play I’ve made all year. I just have to see if she’s down for that."

Hard Love is a sports romance that will have you laughing out loud.

Tripp is grumpy and hard headed. Wanting to be left alone and do his own thing, his brother's upcoming wedding is not helping. Chandler is the quiet, awkward one in the back corner that no one notices. Buzz and Hollis attempt to push Tripp and Chandler together. Chandler thinks that she is too nice and boring for someone like Tripp but is completely shocked when he proves her wrong.

I was hooked right from page one knowing that this was another Wallace book. Their family is so full of crazy antics and banter that you just want more of them. The back and forth between Tripp and Chandler and their inner monologues had me laughing through the whole book. This was a slow burn romance but it is so worth the wait. This was light, playful and entertaining and makes me excited for the next Trophy Boyfriends book.
