I am a Kate Perry fan. I can rely on Perry to deliver a fun romance. I loved the Laurel Heights books, and love the Summerhill books even more. This element of a family rebuilding to become a better version of the family they once were, is beautiful. The books are packed with humor and just enough heat. This book reveals yet another layer of Jacqueline, the matriarch of the clan. She is a compelling character, who I like a lot. I love how she is working so hard to reclaim her clan and herself. This book revolves about Summer, the half sister who has been embraced and claimed but the Summerhill clan. She is trying to get the attention of her Prince Charming, but fate may have other plans for her. As always, we get the central romance, and a side romance. The side romance is quite exciting, and if you are a fan of the series, I know you will be pleased.
