Read for free on Rivetedlit.com. Dec. 21st or 2nd? I think. Somewhere around there.

I haven't read any of Bennett's other work, which def. makes me a minority in the reviews on this one.

I enjoyed it. Read though it quickly wondering what was going to happen next.

It hurts me to say I enjoyed this Vlad mystery more than the Stalking Jack the Ripper series one. Though that series had a better book one with a more memorable/shocking ending.

I like the friends to lovers romance though hella awkward with Dad.

I like getting to see more of the surrounding area and people than just the castle & village. And the reality of traveling in mixed company at the time.

There were some convenient people pop ups to help them out, but...eh. Not mad at it.

I'll check it out if Lady Rogue does turn into a series.
