Compelling. . . . Sanderson uses plot twists that he teases enough for readers to pick up on to distract from the more dramatic reveals he has in store.” —The A.V. Club

This "review" is for the audiobook version - if you want to read my full review of the book itself, go here!

------------

I usually don't do reviews for audiobook re-reads - I usually just let my original review stand. BUT, I have to say something about this one, because it was SO. FREAKING. GOOD.

MacLeod Andrews is my new favorite narrator.

I loved Steelheart when I first read it, but re-reading it via audiobook was a totally different experience. Everything about Andrews' narration was PERFECT. Characters were brought to life in ways I hadn't experienced the first time - the emotions Andrews brought to the table were just... like...

I don't even know, you guys. This was awesome.
