This has a lot of open ending questions and is screaming for a sequel.

I received an Advanced Reader Copy (ARC) of this book from the author in exchange for a fair and honest book review.

I'm going to start this post with, "I hate July Marie Harper." She’s an impulsive freaking annoying bitch. Okay, let me tone it down. Really, at first, I like her. She was this loving sister who cares for her little sister, Sunny. She looks after her when her dead mother and drunk father can’t. She’s that brave and empowered woman who knows what’s right for her, what she wants and how to get it but as soon Night comes in the picture, her wall crumbles. She becomes desperate and too needy. She even agreed to give her v-card to a stranger!

I also hate that she can’t even slap or just give a good comeback at her cousin, Autumn, which is a selfish brat and a bitch all wrapped in one, to make her shut up. When she said a lot of hurtful things to her, Jules only considered the idea of not forgiving her. I mean, that’s already given, but girl, you should try to hurt her ego!

But nothing compares to how I roll my eyes each time Night opens his mouth. There’s nothing sweet that comes out it. You know those guys who say meaningless stuff just to flatter a girl? I hate those kinds of men! I knew once they speak. #sweettalker Everything happens so fast in their relationship and the steamy scenes aren’t even romantic, it’s pure kinky and wild – in a vehicle or on a damp pier. Blech!

And why does the character is named "Night"? Well, I didn't really like the explanation behind it, but I have my creative imagination that's why I think mine is better. LOL.
