This is so Romeo and Juliette. He's a rebel, she's commissioned to keep the rebellion down, but despite their differences, they bonded over a common goal. I loved the dynamic between Jubilee and Flynn. This book is different from the first book. It was grittier and it was overloaded with action. There was a love story, but it was secondary to the goal of fighting the fury and saving Avon. We get deeper into the LaRoux plot, finding out that this "whispers" thing goes a lot farther than the abandoned planet in book 1. I was also pretty excited to have Tarver and Lilac back, even if it was for only a short time.

I am pretty excited to see where this is going and cannot wait to read the next book
