I think in a lot of ways I knew that the plot could end only one way. I think Laura knew that too, in her own way. Gabby though? Pretty sure she was blindsided by this. Maybe it’s a good thing that she hasn’t been so beaten down by what has happened that she always assumes the worst.
This was a solid issue. Even if we saw the conclusion coming, I think it was the only option they had where it would have made sense. And they managed to make it emotionally impactful, despite everything.
I can’t wait to see what the next plot will be. It looks like Gabby did learn a thing or two from her newest sister, but what will the long term effects of this be?
