I received this book for free in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.Craved by a Wolf the twentieth book in the Eternal Mates series delivered all I expected and more. I had blast as I followed Hella and Grant while they navigated the many obstacles hampering their efforts to seal their bond. A bond which will see them mating them for life.

Grant McKinnon, an alpha for a small wolf pack in Scotland, leads a quiet life. The only excitement he needs is a bottle of good whiskey and spending time with his pack members. However, his quiet life would be disrupted when a witch in the Fae town cursed him. A curse which will lead to his death if he cannot bond with his fated mate. ‎

‎Hella, a blue-haired witch, refuses to be shackled to any man, especially one who wants to take her freedom. The latest victim of her love them and leave them stance didn’t take kindly to her ending their relationship. In a show of power, he dispatched a few men from his army to kidnap her, as he intends to make her his wife. But an angry and determined wolf shifter determined to rescue his mate threatened his plans. ‎

Oh Man! Eternal mates is an awesome series and one which should not be missed by fans of paranormal romance. Twenty books in and the series grows stronger with every release. Craved by a Wolf was a fun, flirty, thrilling and suspenseful read. It had me laughing while keeping me on the edge of my seat. The events of this installment took place within in the same timeline as Inflamed by an Incubus.

I loved Hella and Grant. They made a great couple, however, their journey towards becoming a couple was not without its obstacles. Both internal and external. Hella certainly did not make it easy for Grant to win her over. In a weird way, I enjoyed the push and pull between them. I didn’t blame Hella for her reaction to Grant’s possessiveness, which was true to form for someone who possesses an independent streak a mile long. However, I had issues with a few of the measures she used to get him to leave her alone. Not that it stopped Grant from attempting to protect her at all costs.

Hella is a strong and confident woman and anyone who attempts to break her is in for a rude awakening. Her ex will discover this truth for himself. Grant suffers PTSD because of a painful incident from his past. As an alpha, he possesses a dominant streak, which did not work well with his beloved Hella.

I loved the adventure and the fight scenes. Hella can definitely hold her own. After all, she is a kick ass witch. A few of the C-characters from the previous from the moment of his introduction. I hope to see more of him in the future.

Overall, Craved by a Wolf was an entertaining read and a great addition to the series. This review was originally posted on Totally Addicted to Reading
