This is a Secret Wars tie-in. You don't need to read it for the Secret Wars event. It just shows one of the zones in the new Doom controlled planet. If you like the Age of Apocalypse stuff in the X-men universe, then you might like this.
It was a fast read and I was able to understand the story. I read Age of Apocalypse a long time ago, so some stuff came back to me on certain characters.
It was an average read and nothing spectacular. It can be skipped in favor for other stories.
