3.5 stars!

So, first I'd like to say I REALLY enjoyed this. It was pure fun and it made me smile with the characters' romance and personality. I felt like Annie and Ronan fit and they were super cute together (sometimes to the point of mushy-ness).

This book REALLY focuses on this couple so I can't say too much about the surrounding cast, but I've got a soft spot for Joan at least.

There are a couple of reasons why I can't give this book more than 3.5 stars, thought:

1. Insta love - this book is really very insta-love-ish. He sees her eating Eclairs and that's it for him, and she spends a few moment in his overbearing proximity, with him crowding her, to have a hard time concentrating on why them being unprofessional together would be unprofessional and ill-advised.

2. He was really a bit too hands on from the beginning - don't get me wrong - I loved Ronan (any character named Ronan gets a star for me just because of Maggie Stiefvater. If you know what I mean). BUT, and here's a big but... he was a bit too pushy at times. I don't think pushing women you don't really know - even if you pretty much fell in love with her at first sight - is okay. I don't think saying provocative, dirty things to women who you don't know is okay. If someone came on like this to me on an elevator, I would feel slightly violated and very shaky. But if it's my boyfriend or something, I might be a-okay with it. The key factor here is that they are practically STRANGERS at this point. This is a big no-no for me.
