I had a serious book hangover from reading two super sad books in a row. I was looking for something fun and romantic, and Cosway delivered. There was a lot of humor, witty dialog and schmexy stuff, but there was also mystery and a lot of heart. Jay Fields is sexy, charming and intelligent. He is also nursing many deep wounds. Matilda is funny, witty, but not very confident. She also, was dealt a crippling blow at a young age, that has left her wounded. I loved these two together. It was so much fun to be able to witness their love evolving. I laughed, I gasped, I fanned myself. I loved it!
