What an incredible read! I had no idea what this book was really about, how it was written, and I was so surprised how quickly I got into it! I loved the writing style, which surprised me. It's written in interview format, with some mysterious fella asking the characters all these questions about how the hand was found, about incidents that occurred; it was like getting an account of everything, second hand kind of. But it worked! It worked SO WELL. I've never read a book in this style before, but man, does it work, at least for Sleeping Giants.
This was such a good read. I'm so excited to see where this series is going. I'm so glad I took a punt on this book because it was a brilliant read.
