"Undeniably Infatuated" delves into the unexpected romance between Dr. Stone Fritz and the multi-talented Tinsley Monroe, a singer, songwriter, and actress. Two years prior, amidst personal turmoil, fate cast them together for ten days at sea. In that brief interlude, they formed a deep connection. They struggled against their feelings due to its forbidden nature, only to ultimately surrender to a powerful attraction. They shared ten days filled with passion and enchantment, yet the return to reality was inevitable. Acknowledging the impossibility of their situation, they ceased all contact for two years, neither seeing nor speaking to one another.
Two years later, Stone and Tinsley have undergone significant personal transformations. Stone has evolved, showing maturity in his personal and professional endeavors. While Tinsley has empowered herself by eliminating the toxic influences that once sought to control her actions, both in her private life and career. Despite these changes, their mutual affection remains steadfast. However, a relationship between them would forever be in the forbidden realm. In an unexpected twist, a ghost from Tinsley's past coerces them into a sham engagement. Suddenly, they are thrust into close quarters, unable to maintain the distance that once kept them apart.
The attraction between Stone and Tinsley was unmistakable, with their playful banter and teasing providing a steady stream of entertainment. Their love for each other was evident, requiring no question, as the intensity of their emotions permeated the story. Given their challenging circumstances, a certain degree of drama was anticipated. Yet, despite the turmoil surrounding them, their resolve remained unshaken.
Saman dialed up the heat in this installment. For those who shy away from spicy romance, this book might not be the ideal choice. But for readers who live by 'the spicier, the better,' "Undeniably Infatuated" will not disappoint. The author has skillfully woven in a thread of mystery that keeps one speculating right until the end.
My heart went out to Stone's brother. He lost the woman he loved. The good thing about it he never lost her to Stone. Tinsley had ended their relationship prior to the events of Undeniably Infatuated, but he never handled it well. It made my heart soar in the end to see him getting the emotional support needed to get his life back on track. Hopefully he will eventually get his own story.
Overall, this installment was a fantastic addition to the series, and I eagerly anticipate the author's next offerings for her readers. This review was originally posted on Totally Addicted to Reading
