In order to save their sick teacher, Sengoku and the gang commence an all-out-war to kidnap the island’s only doctor, Nishikiori. However, the atrocious doctor uses his brainwashed servants to turn things around on Sengoku and his friends! The kids must think of an even better plan to outwit him, but will they make it in time? As they approach the pyramid for their final strike, the members of Sengoku’s camp must once again take a stand against the nefarious cruelty of Nishikiori and his henchmen…
Sengoku and crew evade various pitfalls to venture further into the pyramid. As they finally reach the deepest levels of this structure, they will make their greatest discovery yet and come that much closer to figuring out just what happened on this mysterious island. Meanwhile, Kokonoé and Ohmori hatch a plan to escape their impending execution, but will it be enough to save them from a fiery death?

Akira is barely able to save Mami…but does that mean her prediction of his death could still come true?
What was supposed to be humanity’s last stronghold has crumbled without a trace, and the school kids are under siege by three different kinds of extinct creatures! With their backs against the wall, the real Miina suddenly reveals the creatures’ specific weaknesses – details no modern human being should know! Is she telling the truth, or bluffing?
