Book 1

Leo Westgate is on his way to the moon, to spend the summer helping his mother with her research. It's the first time he's ever been away from Earth and he's kind of excited. Also, maybe, just a little bit nervous. Skater Monroe, on the other hand, has been off-world so many times she's lost count. This time she has plans to go lunar camping with her dad.

But when Leo hears that his mother is missing and may have been kidnapped, he and Skater swiftly abandon their plans for a quiet summer and decide to investigate the mysterious disappearance instead.

And that's when things really start to get complicated, as the two teenagers begin to realise that a missing parent might be the tip of an iceberg bigger than either of them could possibly imagine.
