Huntington's Disease is an inherited neurodegenerative disorder which results in severe nerve-cell damage. Advances in genetic counseling have increased the amount of information available to those potentially at risk. In this volume, the authors discuss the clinical genetic counseling aspects of Huntington's disease (Quarrell), the clinical presentation of Huntington's Disease (Hughes), and the basic biology underlying the pathogenesis of the disease (Rosser).
