South Africa

This title on South Africa has been given a facelift with a new cover and some fresh photographs. It is aimed primarily at South Africans and tourists who wish to view the beautiful face of the country as it passes in a panorama of landscapes, people, cities, towns, flora and fauna. Broad landscapes are balanced by colourful close-ups; busy urban areas contrast with tranquil rural scenes; and magnificent wildlife is shown alongside private game lodges, traditional country inns and other places to stay. At all times the beauty of any given place is revealed without making the photograph too abstract in appearance. These photographs show the country at its best and focus on those areas that travellers are most likely to visit.
