18th June 1815 saw the final defeat of Napoleon's Revolutonary French Army. This document pack, containing 12 facsimiles, recreates the action from this historic day from the viewpoint of Wellington himself down to an ordinary "Tommy" fighting in the line. The pack includes: a dispatch from Wellington describing the victory at Waterloo; a colour plan showing three stages of the battle of Quatre Bras; the service record of the original British "Tommy" - Private Thomas Atkins; a list of officer casualties at Waterloo; an extract from the "Rules & Regulations of HM Forces" - how to form a Square; and the Quarterly Pay List of 2/73rd Foot, showing casualties at Waterloo.
