This text provides students with guidelines and examples which will enable them to improve their key skills for the Information Technology key skills qualification. It also helps them to understand what exactly is required from them, and the book provides examples to show the different levels of key skills in this area. Candidates must explore and present information, at levels 1 and 2, and at level 3 they must plan and carry out a substantial activity. The book shows how assignments could be academic based or based on "real-life" situations.
