Marine Insurance Clauses

This edition of Marine Insurance Clauses has been updated to reflect the introduction in 2002/3 of a new policy form of the International Hull Clauses. It examines and analyses these clauses, comparing them with the forms previously published but still in existence, including the American Institute Hull Clauses of 1977. This edition also re-examines a full portfolio of the other important clauses available for the insurance of cargoes, containers, freight and other interests against marine risks, war and strikes risks, as well as P&I risks, the highly specialised forms covering shipbuilders’ risks, mortgagees’ interest, and average disbursements insurance.
