Offers an original and effective new approach to the management training manual. Covering all the skills needed for excellent management, it consists of about 50 training exercises based on accessible life of a "real" company, "Vulcan Computers", and its management team. Each one starts in the fictional mode and with a particular problem, then the mode switches back to non-fiction. A range of possible ways to tackle the problem is set out and the reader is invited to choose the best solution.
