Safety and Quality in Food

The symposium ``Wholesome Food for All'' was the first symposium organized by DSA on food of animal origin and its relationships with modern technology and industrial livestock farming. This proceedings volume contains full texts of the seventeen papers presented together with the session discussions. Among the topics covered are various aspects of animal production on Western Europe, problems of health and safety in relation to use of veterinary drugs, and the objectives of legislation.
