This series of handbooks is intended to meet the demand for training in office technology. They provide step by step instructions to the main applications of some of the most widely used wordprocessing and data processing programs. The manuals are suitable for the complete beginner and can be used either for group teaching or self-study. This book aims to teach the reader how to manipulate information stored in a database file, display that information in a meaningful way using a report and create his or her own database files. A disc accompanies the book which contains several specimen databases which are referred to regularly throughout the text. The book is divided up into a number of lessons, each with its objective clearly stated at the beginning and with a summary of the topics covered at the end.
