A biography of Edith Craig, lesbian daughter of Ellen Terry and brother of Edward Gordon Craig. She spent her theatrical apprenticeship at a major London theatre, coming of age with the New Woman and the experimental drama of Ibsen and Shaw. She was also a committed activist for women's suffrage.
