Designed as a resource for GCSE students and Standard Grade courses in Art and Design, this pack is part a series which has three main emphases: critical appreciation, key concepts and practical work. Each pack contains laminated cards focusing on particular artists or themes, with full colour illustrations for use by students. There are also notes for the teacher. The revierse of each card contains ideas for practical and critical activities and it is expected that the cards will be introduced by the teacher, but each is designed to be sufficiently self-contained and user-friendly to be tackled by the students on their own.
