Annabelle has passed her messy inspection (just) and can stay on as Piccolo's guardian angel. But she hasn't been doing much watching over him lately. She loves entering competitions, and when she wins the chance to host a fancy dress party, it's all she can think about. Piccolo has other worries - who's the lollipop lady with hairy arms and beetly black eyes, and why does creepy Mr Yow follow him everywhere? When the party day arrives, disaster strikes and in the midst of the chaos, Piccolo falls under the spell of a mysterious beautiful visitor, Elspeth. Annabelle reveals to him Elspeth's secret past in Africa, but they don't know the sinister plan she's concocted. With her cunning disguises and hairy friends, Elspeth leads them on a frantic chase - they'll definitely need the help of the angel inspector, with his super-pungent knock-out mystifying pizzas!
Piccolo despairs of his crazy guardian angel, Annabelle. She's more obsessed with winning prizes than passing her angel inspection, and she ignores the fact that he could be in danger. Now, she's won an embarrassing pink scooter and sidecar. A trip down the street turns into a mad zoom around town during which she and Piccolo meet a pack of hairy, smelly bikers - the Stinky Cheese Gypsies. When Annabelle invites them to stay, Piccolo soon becomes suspicious. Why do they buy so much smelly cheese, and what are those great lumpy twitching bundles they're hiding in the cellar? What do they keep whispering about? Then, he discovers they've kidnapped bank manager, Mr. Tompkins. Piccolo must uncover the plot before someone comes to a whiffy end, but he's in for a big surprise!
