The development of politics in post-war Germany with an international framework is inextricably linked to wider issues of the Cold War, the development of a European community and the continuing debate about the role of Germany in Europe and the world at an economic and political level. This book links a number of themes, ranging from the influence of German history, German politics within the context of US-USSR relations and the role of individual politicans.
