London from the Air

by Felix Barker

Published 2 April 1992
The ever-changing shape of London at the beginning of the 1990s is portrayed in this collection of aerial photographs, showing many oblique and unfamiliar views of the city as well as all the famous landmarks. Jason Hawkes, director of Aerial Images Ltd, has flown above London, photographing within the M25 boundary from between 500 and 1500 feet. The captions are written by Felix Barker, author of "London in Maps".
