This manual forms an analysis of skills, fitness and safety in trampolining practice and competition. It expalins how to execute moves, from basic jumps to complex somersaults, discusses the importance of warming up properly to avoid injury and to promote a positive mental attitude, and describes training principles and how to work out routines. The book is illustrated with a series of drawings which break down movements into their separate elements. The author is a founder member of the British Trampoline Federation and a founder and presidium member of the International Trampoline Federation.
