This innovative range of free standing books that can be used alongside a current scheme of work; These books will raise achievement, enabling students to perform at the next level. There is a structured approach to boosting achievement; Each page contains a four-step progression; 1. Diagnosis - a task that will gauge the students current performance level; 2. Consolidation and development - an exercise to re-enforce the numerical skill and develop understanding; 3. Kick up - a task at the next level; 4. Test question - to prove the boost; Maths Boosters are pupil driven and pupil responsive and allow the pupil to enhance mental and written processes with minimal teacher guidance. The four-step activity page contains enough material to sustain a week's topic.
