"Formule X" is a wide-ability French course, written to reflect the revised statutory requirements for the National Curriculum and the 5-14 guidelines. It has clearly stated grammar objectives, practised across all four skills, drawing on students' knowledge and understanding of English to aid comprehension. Re-cycling of vocabulary and structures removes barriers between topics and ensures progression from a strong foundation.
