Cambridge Reading is a major new reading scheme providing stimulating books and support materials for the teaching of reading throughout the primary years. Sounds Fun! games are designed to develop children's understanding of many of the most fundamental areas of phonic knowledge including rhyme, alliteration and analogy, and help children towards recognising the relationship between sounds and the way they are written and begin to build words. The accompanying Teacher's Guide describes the purpose and rules for each game and shows ways to use them at different levels.

The Cambridge Big Book of Nursery Rhymes with full-colour illustrations. It aims both to familiarise children with traditional rhymes and develop their understanding of rhyme and can also form a valuable component to complement any reading programme for 4-5 year olds. Five of the rhymes are also available as small, individual books.
