"Aventura Nueva" is a communicative three-part Spanish course in line with the latest curriculum changes - including the Key Stage 3 Strategy - and is suitable for a wide ability range. "Aventura Nueva 1" provides an ideal introduction to Spanish for pupils starting the language in Year 7, 8 or 9. The Teacher's Resource Book is the essential companion to the "Aventura Nueva 1 Pupil's Book" with clear guidance on how best to exploit the core course material, and fulfil the requirements of the KS3 Languages Framework using "Aventura". It is clearly divided into two sections, Teacher's Notes and Photocopy Masters. Highlights of this book include: fully integrated teacher's notes, featuring solutions and transcripts to activities in both the Pupil's Book and the Photocopy Masters; detailed customisable lesson plans and schemes of work giving full coverage of the Languages Framework using the course components; photocopiable worksheets containing additonal extension activities, games and ideas; and, ongoing and summative assessment tests in all four skills.
