The squirrels of the Grumpy Woods work tirelessly year round to gather a lasting nut collection for winter, so they're understandably peevish when the Super Happy Party Bears eat the entire thing. The bears calm the wronged party by directing them to another nut collection they discovered. Unfortunately, that is the chipmunks' territory and their haul. Suddenly, the bears' huge appetite has caused an all out civil war between two rival nut hoarders: the Puffy Cheeks (the chipmunks) and the Twitchy Tails (the squirrels). Can the bears prevent the Grumpy Woods from getting too nutty? The Super Happy Party Bears will draw in girls and boys ages five to eight with its silly shenanigans and adorable illustrations.
The Super Happy Party Bears become mentors when they meet Butter, a groovy caterpillar who's got moves. This jitterbug can breakdance, tango, and boogie-woogie. The bears teach Butter everything they know, and he becomes a Super Happy Party Caterpillar dedicated to spreading the party spirit! When Butter mysteriously disappears, the bears frantically search for him, only to discover that the Jitterbug has morphed into a beautiful butterfly!
