For this reference he invited 17 eminent practitioners to present in detail their approaches to the issues of esthetic adjustments for proportion, display, and length; implant therapy; endodontic predictability; the ideal soft tissue framework; interdisciplinary treatment planning; establishment of a stable occlusal scheme; and the effect of orthognathic surgery on overall treatment, among other topics. The format is oversize (10x13"), and the elegantly produced volume contains abundant color photos.
