This sort of YA thriller wasn’t my thing until I read A Good Girls Guide to Murder by Holly Jackson, but that series was so good I had to try other books like it!
Dead Girls Can’t Tell Secrets is not an extraordinary, magical, lyrical read that will change your life. But its a solid, light read for when you’re bored and don’t really want to watch a bad TV show.
LET ME BE CLEAR; THAT’S NOT A BAD THING. IT’S A GOOD BOOK AND A GREAT WAY TO SPEND AN AFTERNOON!
It's fast-paced, easy to read, well-edited, and the twists keep coming. They’re all young, and human, and have regrets and secrets. That being said, there are a few loose threads by the end of it, and I am fairly annoyed that there weren’t any consequences for a certain someone. However, I really liked that our main, Savannah, really grew as a person and became a much better one.
