This issue continues the ‘Best Defense’ plot that has been going on. It’s the most abstract of the stories so far, heavily involving the outerverse. I thought it was interesting, though admittedly the art style was somewhat off-putting at times. However, I’m always happy to see the outerverse and it’s workings, so overall I enjoyed it.
