And here concludes the War of the Realms. One of the biggest events of the season. They had a lot to conclude here, and on the whole, I think they did a fantastic job of bringing it all together. I LOVE some of the risks they took towards the end of this series, and I sincerely can't wait to see what the long term ramifications are for that (specifically with Jane and Thor respectively).
I think it's safe to say that this event is my favorite one from the last couple of years. Not that I disliked the others...but this one had been building up for YEARS thanks to Jason Aaron's ability to plan so far ahead. And I loved every minute of this journey (except for when it broke my heart, of course).
