In early 2004, small-town attorney Tim Coyle takes on an apparently hopeless case against Columbia Motors, a huge car company, when an SUV rolls over on a California back road, killing one girl and crippling another for life. Police and the company blame the teenage driver but Coyle is convinced that the vehicle was seriously defective - and that the company knew it. Can he prove to a judge and jury that there was a corporate cover-up behind this tragedy?
