The British practice Hopkins Architects has been at the forefront of international architecture since its founding in 1976. It has recently completed the design and construction of the Velodrome for the London 2012 Olympic Games which was shortlisted for the 2011 Stirling Prize. This volume profiles projects that have been designed and built since 2001. A wide range of building types are featured with projects including Evelina Children's Hospital in London, a new International Cricket Centre in India, Manchester Art Gallery, the Lawn Tennis Association's National Tennis Centre in London, Frick Chemistry Laboratory at Princeton University and Kroon Hall for the School of Forestry and Environmental Studies at Yale University in the United States.
