A long hot love affair of a man and a woman, involving a Deputy Headmaster obliging the Headmistress of the associated Girls' Grammar School and caning a girl for her-and ends up caning a whole class. The story is illustrated with a series of (I hope) spoof adverts for rubber-wear, which is really only related to the text by the author's obsession with gaberdine and rubber! Fascinating nevertheless, whether you share that interest or not!
