A mysterious rock, birthed millions of years ago on a dying sun far from ours, journeys through space on a voyage of a million billion miles. As it travels it accumulates space debris, particles of dust, each containing a speck of knowledge, but a knowledge which will only be divulged to those worthy of receiving it. Eventually falling to Earth the rock is found by such a person - a child - the Keeper. In these first two journals of the Keeper's episodes, follow the adventures, trials and tribulations of the custodians of the rock as it passes from one Keeper to another through the ages, normally a small child because their minds are not yet filled with prejudice or pre-conceived ideas and ideals, but occasionally it is held by an adult worthy of the title "Keeper". As the tale unfolds see how the rock influences the course of history, myth and legend through the ages. From the pre-history of the African plains to Judea, through Roman Britain and onwards to the Dark Ages of Arthurian Britain and Eire, the rock has a bearing on many significant events that shape our lives today. Will the Keepers remain safe? Or will others attempt to influence events to their own ends?
