While The Immortality Key was well written, and I enjoyed Muraresku's narration, the book was ultimately a little too long, and the data a little too cherry-picked. A lot of what he talked about in this book was not particularly new information, and the bits that were I felt didn't always represent the real depth of scholarly journalism already available on the subject.
For entertainment, this was a great audiobook to listen to. With an interesting concept and enough ideas that prompted me to do my own further reading, I think it probably did what it set out to do. But it's certainly not the definitive book on the subject and I wouldn't take every single claim at face value.
