This will be a custom, database program which will allow a school to "pick and choose" recipes from the ACF - Culinary Fundamentals or Labensky - On Cooking 4/e, as well as their own school recipes, and create a recipe "lab manual" branded with the school name and recipes they'd like to use in the prep kitchens.
