Eddie Moon is a genius 12-year-old who seeks adventure. He gets his chance when a space ship mysteriously appears in his backyard. The ship whisks Eddie and his friend Lisa to a planet that is the mirror image of Earth. Eddie and Lisa embark on an adventure to save his "twin" from the horrible rat cave prison.
