George spent his entire career in the military as a marine sniper trying to clean up garbage in other countries, drug lords in central and South America, terrorists in the Middle East, Asia and North Africa. Now it was time to clean up the city he lived in. George was sick and tired of turning on the local news and hearing about another child that was raped and killed by a predator right here in his home base. It was time to use his expert skills to help "take out some of the garbage" in Miami. The system was broke so bad it was beyond repair. Everyday another convicted child predator was put on probation instead of being sent to prison or they were released early because of overcrowding. The fact that they were multiple offenders didn't seem to matter.
