Tales From The Willow Tree, is a lovely little book all about the author's own garden and all the wild life that live there, it tells of all the adventures that they have in the garden. Mr Owl gets a new home in the willow tree and all the occupants of the garden are invited to a fairy party, they have a wonderful time at the party, but the next day Mr Stone, the gnome is stolen by a sly fox who jumps the fence and upsets all the occupants, so Mr Owl and Mr Slip, the Snail ask the fairy for her help to rescue him and return him to the garden. They end up saving the day.
