I'm not the target audience and I don't have fond memories of reading them as a kid. Although I know I did read them at one point or another. They didn't make a big impression though and rereading - I didn't the impression any better. They're alright. Very weird. Very whacky. But at least most of them rhyme.

Oh, The Places You'll Go focuses on the ups and downs of life - frankly it was kind of depressing, but it probably gives kids resilience or some such thing.

How had I never read this before in my life? Best book to help motivate and inspire you. It's your life, you have control of it. Dr. Seuss just gets it.

This book is a wonderful and inspirational book. I got it for a graduation gift and have since also given as one.
