A wild tale of Hank Clayborn, a dot-com executive who has been sober for 10 years. After the dot-com bust and a divorce, he resumes drinking and heads to New Orleans to become an artist. He settles into the bohemian life of the French Quarter and makes new friends, while pursuing his art. But soon he is drowning in liquor and then he's in the middle of a series of murders of tarot card readers. He encounters various oddball characters as he tries to find the real killer.
