Colonel Madic, a man driven by an insatiable lust for power, has held an extraordinarily gifted young man under a controlling deception for nine years. Marcus Fillis, through unexplainable circumstances, is capable of manifesting otherworldly soldiers and military vehicles that are not capable of expenditure, fatigue or death.
